ABOUT US

Hi, I’m Meghan Marshall. I've been teaching Ashtanga yoga for 15+ years.

Catch me five mornings a week leading a compassionate and kick-ass group of Mysore misfits in South Philly. For me, this practice is a comforting routine and a path to self-regulation. It will do the same for you; you’ll learn to cut through the noise and prioritize what is most important. Count on me as your gentle guide, supporting you on your path.

“You cannot put the emphasis on getting into some kind of state or having an experience. That’s not yoga. It’s a practice of choice-making and divorcing yourself from your beliefs so that you can remain fluid in your stance and in your perspective.”

hi, I’m aria, a passionate yoga teacher and enthusiastic traveler who merges my love for exploration and connection to guide students on transformative journeys.

I believe in the healing power of yoga and focus on assisting students in establishing profound connections with themselves. Based in Philadelphia, I embrace a warm and compassionate approach, creating a space for exploration of body, mind, and spirit. My joyful nature extends to my love for dogs and my belief in the transformative power of laughter and connection. With five years of consistent personal practice, I specialize in Mysore-style Ashtanga yoga and Vinyasa yoga, infusing my classes with dynamic flows and empowering sequences. Teaching is a reciprocal process for me, as I learn more about myself through guiding students and recognizing that everyone is a reflection of my journey.

“Committed to uplifting and inspiring others, my dedication lies in helping students navigate their paths toward self-realization and transformation.”

Meet Sarah (RYT 200, she/her), a dedicated yoga enthusiast whose journey began in 2015 and has been a beautiful whirlwind ever since.

While her exploration of various yoga lineages has been dynamic, it was in the embrace of Ashtanga yoga around 2018/2019—though the exact timeline might blur—that she found her true sanctuary. Continuously inspired by her past and present teachers, including Corey R., Jen Rene, Meghan Marshall, and Aria Trueblood, Sarah's yoga practice is a tapestry woven with gratitude and respect for those who have guided her along the way.

Having traded the serene landscapes of NEPA for the bustling streets of Philadelphia in 2017 (if you know, you know), Sarah has found herself immersed in a diverse array of roles, all of which, surprisingly, draw upon her theatre degree. Whether on the mat or off, she brings a theatrical flair to everything she does, infusing her passion for expression into her yoga teaching.

You can find Sarah leading invigorating Vinyasa classes regularly at Tuck Barre & Yoga NoLibs, and occasionally stepping in to share her wisdom at other Tuck locations and Mysore Yoga Philadelphia. A proud graduate of Yoga Child (90hrs, 2018) and Three Queens Yoga (200hrs, 2022), Sarah resides in sunny West Philadelphia, where she shares her home with her two adorable house bunnies, Little Lottie & Archimedes. 🐇🐇
